Return & Refund Terms and Conditions:
Stitched Clothing:
We do not accept returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees, and Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. Returns are only accepted for unstitched products.
Return Eligibility:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from kafnii.com, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. A 80% refund will be provided; the remaining 20% covers payment processing and other miscellaneous charges.
Late Returns:
Returns initiated after 7 days will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the product price.
Refund Limitations:
Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods purchased. We do not refund custom duties, shipping costs, or applicable taxes. For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for both unstitched and stitched products. kafnii.com does not cover return shipping costs.
Custom Made/Stitched Clothing:
Refunds are not accepted for custom made or stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
Damage or Stains:
Any complaints regarding damage or stains must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request digital pictures for review. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. A 30% bank payment processing charge applies for cancellations initiated thereafter. Once processing has begun and products are received, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
Color and Description Discrepancy:
Please note that colors and other product details on the website are approximate. Minor variations may occur due to photography lighting and monitor settings. Customers are advised to consider these differences when placing orders.
Embellishment Issues:
Apparel with embellishments like beads and sequences may experience some detachment during transit. This is a common occurrence and does not constitute a defect.
